Good afternoon, our helpers! How many times I shared our sorrows and tragedies with you, and today we would like to share the joy!
Our main treatment is over, we come once a week for injections of chemotherapy in minimal doses, to be examined and to see our doctor. We are nearing the end of the 5th block of metronomic chemotherapy. Now we are spending a lot of time at home. Thank God our labs are good!
Recently I realized that during the last year and a half I have had completely different reasons to be happy!
My blood test was good - I tearfully thank God; I can sleep at home - it feels like a holiday; my little boy woke up smiling - I am elated!
Seemingly trivial things! But for us, it's happiness! Cancer changes ... Cancer is an unpredictable disease, but I believe that everything will be okay!
Leonechka is feeling well! He is playing, laughing, singing his favorite cartoon songs! Sometimes there are tantrums and tears, but we are good! My baby gets tired of being treated! My soul rejoices when I look at him now... When I think of his crying face and eyes full of terror at the beginning of our treatment, a chill goes down my spine. How much horror my baby has been through!!! Thank you, our good ones, for so much support, prayers and help! I ask God that we will beat cancer soon and forget those year and a half spent in the hospital forever! There is still a long way to go. But with this support we will definitely make it!
